We are very excited we will have the opportunity to train these two wonderful puppies from Germany. Bronce lives with us at Robingun Kennels and Boerne lives with the Nelson family in Iowa. Their dam, Zaris vom Fuchseck, is the sister of our male, Zandor. Their Danish sire, Gråsidingens Xenofon, comes from a well respected breeder and friend of ours from Sweden, Lena Gillstedt. Pam traveled to Germany in December of 2016 to pick up the puppies to bring to the U.S. for training and while she was there she also visited Uta Schumann, and her family.
When we went to Germany to pick up the pups we visited Uta Schumann and this is a photo of Uta Schumann with Boerne and Bronce and their mom, Zarie. Zarie is the sister of our male, Zandor. We would have gladly brought Zarie home with us too! Uta Schumann got her first SM in 1970 and produced her first litter in 1973.
These puppies came from Uta's BII litter. We are very honored Erich Stegemann, a friend and the owner of these two pups, trusted us enough to ask us to train these two Fuchseck puppies while he is dealing with some health issues.
The sire of Bronce and Boerne is Gråsidingens Xenofon who is a male out of Lena Gillstedt's kennel in Sweden. Lena has consistently produced top notch puppies so we are excited to train two pups from this excellent pairing!
